Bourda hosts Saints Premier League QF today

An exciting day of tape ball cricket is expected today in the quarterfinals of the fourth edition of Saints Premier League 10/10 tournament at the Georgetown Cricket Club (GCC) Ground, Bourda.

The reigning champs will clash with Vikings from New Road Vreed-en-Hoop in their quarterfinal bout and that match is expected to highlight the day’s proceedings

In the other matches East Coast teams Spartas and Mosiah will play each other, Georgetown Rising Stars and Durban Park Warriors are set to face each other while Diamond Scorchers and Long Road Rangers will do battle.

The semifinals and final are schedule for Sunday February 19 at a venue yet to be named.

However, the organisers are seeking to utilize the historical Bourda ground for the final.

The tournament started with 12 teams and the finalist as well as top performers will receive trophies.
