Four teams remain in the 2017 Guinness Greatest of the Streets West Demerara / East Bank Zone and will battle in the semi-finals in a bid to the reach the finals tonight at the Pouderoyen tarmac.
In the first semi-final, ESPN clashes with Hustlers then defending champions Showstoppers will play the Money Team.
In Wednesday’s quarter-final rounds, ESPN were locked in a goalless draw with Agricola but won 2-0 on penalty kicks.

Hustlers match also had to be decided from the spot after they drew 1-1 with Goal Getters, as Deon Charter but the Hustlers ahead in the 14th but Rolex Smith equalized in the 28th; Hustlers won 3-2 on penalty kicks.
Defending champions, Show Stoppers were made to work for their spot as their appetite for goal was quelled by Brother United with neither producing a conversion before regulation time. After the match went to the spot kicks, the champs won 2-1 to keep their show going.
Similarly, Money Team won 2-1 on penalty kicks after they drew with Tajoe’s Admiral United 0-0.
Tonight, the top teams are competing for a first place prize of $450,000 with second place to fourth, receiving $150,000, $100,000 and $50,000 respectively.
