She said the educational app which can be downloaded on any device, has been used to help students who suffer from issues with math. Burns added that the foundation has been making games more kid-friendly in order to help the users improve their skills.
Fraser said that the move to bring the idea to Guyana was due to the foundation’s goal to introduce the games which will help the local students. He said that the results will be overwhelming as hundreds of persons have made tremendous strides by use of the games.
The local coordinator Singh said that the idea was a brilliant one and he intends to push the initiative as it will be beneficial to such a sport/academically-oriented nation.
While the foundation plans to work along with the government of Guyana to further made the games accessible, it is expected that the first phase of the project will get underway soon. (Clifton Ross)
