Action in the GFA-IMC leg of the Pele Alumni Frank Watson U15 tournament continued on Thursday last with a triple header at the Tucville Ground, Georgetown with wins for East Riumveldt, Black Pearl and Masters Academy FC.
The kickoff, which began at approximately 11:30hrs, saw the first match heading East Riumveldt’s way, with a goal each by Akeem Adams in the 20th minute and Brandon Solomon in the 33rd minute. Pele didn’t give up, though, scoring a second-half goal by Keron Dazzel in the 52nd minute.
The second match saw a lone goal from Black Pearl’s Arron Latchminarine in the 45th minute sealing the match against Beacon’s FC, while it was the same result for Master’s FC, with a goal from Ezekiel Goppy in the 12th minute against Tavel Foundation wrapping up the day’s fixtures.
The action continues today at the GNS Ground from 9:30 hrs, with five matches on the cards. Tavel Foundation meets East Riumveldt, Black Pearl faces Santos, Beacon takes on Pele, Masters oppose Riddim squad and Beacon clashes with the Conquerors.
