The Guyana Football Federation (GFF), on Thursday morning, revealed the 23-member squad that will suit up for the Senior Men’s National team in the second leg of the 2023/ 2024 CONCACAF Nations League Group stage.
The announcement of the squad came two days before the first game against Puerto Rico, which is scheduled to be played in St. Kitts and Nevis.
In a recent interview with the Guyana Times Sport, Head Coach Jamaal Shabazz shared some of the changes to expect as compared to the September Squad.
“We have some changes because Johnny Grant, our Right wing back who plays in Canada, he’s free of injury. Nathan Moriah- Welsh, little beany midfielder, he’s back from injury and Reiss Grenidge, left- footed center back from the UK, he’s also free from injury. So, three of them have been brought into the squad,” Shabazz divulged.
