Home News Agricola man slapped with B&E charge
An Agricola, Greater Georgetown man who allegedly broke and entered the home of a fellow villager, making off with her money, including US$300, was on Wednesday arraigned at the Georgetown Magistrates’ Courts for the offence.
Twenty-nine-year-old James Moore, of Seventh Street, Agricola, appeared before Magistrate Fabayo Azore and denied the allegation.
He pleaded not guilty to the charge which stated that he broke and entered Paulette Totten’s home and made off with the US currency as well as $90,000.
Police Prosecutor Simone Payne had no objections to bail and as such, bail was granted in the sum of $250,000. The case will continue on February 28.
