Albion cricketers to commence individual training as BCB season looms

The Albion Community Centre Cricket Club has issued a notice for its members which reads as follows:
Cricketers of the Albion Community Centre Cricket Club (ACCCC) are asked to commence individual physical training in preparation for the commencement of the 2020 cricket season, to be announced by the BCB.
However, the club’s official training/practice will not commence until such time as the green light is given by the relevant authorities.
It should be noted that the ACCCC will, at no time, compromise the health and safety of its members, moreso during this current COVID-19 pandemic.
The ACCCC will continue to closely monitor the COVID-19 situation in Berbice, and will make a determination pertaining to the resumption of training/practice at the appropriate time.
Based on the recently gazetted National COVID-19 Guidelines for the period November 1 to 30, 2020, sporting events are permitted subject to the approval of the Minister of Health and in compliance with any guidelines that the Ministry of Health may issue. However, every person or organizer hosting an approved sporting event shall be responsible for ensuring that the measures under the issued guidelines, as well as any guidelines that the Ministry of Health may issue, are complied with.
At this point in time, the ACCCC is not equipped to fully comply with the measures outlined in the gazetted National COVID-19 Guidelines (for the period November 1 to 30), nor is the club aware of the other guidelines that the Ministry of Health may want to enforce.
