Bodybuilding Federation applauds Govt’s role in 2025 successes

The Guyana Bodybuilding and Fitness Federation (GBBFF) has expressed heartfelt gratitude to the Culture, Youth and Sport Ministry for its unwavering support throughout the year, particularly in the successful staging of the highly-anticipated Clash of the Titans: Mr Guyana 2025 National Seniors Competition.
In a statement, the Federation acknowledged the significant contributions of subject Minister Charles Ramson Jr, whose dedication has played a pivotal role in elevating the sport of bodybuilding in Guyana to new heights.
“We are grateful for his commitment, which has made a lasting impact on our athletes and the community,” the Federation stated.

The GBBFF also welcomed the continued support from Minister within the Culture, Youth and Sport Ministry, Steven Jacobs, emphasising that his involvement further strengthens the foundation of bodybuilding and fitness in the country.
Additionally, on behalf of Federation President Roger Callender, and the executive members, as well as all athletes, both amateur and professional, the Federation extended a warm thank you for the Ministry’s ongoing support.
“With your continued backing, we look forward to an even brighter future for bodybuilding and fitness in Guyana,” it concluded.
As the bodybuilding community gears up for future competitions, the Federation remains optimistic about the growth and development of the sport, fuelled by the strong partnership with the Ministry.
This collaboration is set to inspire not only current athletes but also the next generation of fitness enthusiasts in Guyana.
