Special prosecutors paid $20,000 per hour; $2M retainer fee
In response to questions on notice put forward by the Parliamentary Opposition, Government has come clean on its hiring of Special Prosecutors. Among the information provided are number of prosecutors, cases and payment arrangement. Accoding to the information provided special prosecutors attached to the Attorney General’s chambers are being paid $20,000 per hour along with a $2 million retainer fee.
