The Colours Boutique has plunged into the Highest Goal Scorer award, which will now come in the form of a $16,000 gift voucher and is redeemable at the establishment. The voucher will be to the winner at the conclusion of the tournament.
The prize is extremely fitting for the tournament owing to the heightened competition that is showcased by the players. In this light, there are currently two players who are leading the goal scorers’ charts. Those players are Deon Alfred of Tigerbay and Shem Porter of Alexander Village. However, Jamal Cozier is looking threatening to cop the prize with a semifinal (and possibly final) encounter left in the competition, added to the fact that he already holds five conversions.
At the boutique’s Robb Street location, the voucher was received by tournament coordinator Three Peat Promotions was Loreann Baptiste.
Colours Boutique staffer Samantha Thomas declared that the company has always been committed to the development of sports, as they are a key partner in the Guinness ‘Greatest of the Streets’ Championship.
Meanwhile, Rawle Welch, Director of Three Peat Promotions thanked the company for their timely gesture, declaring that the company has a tremendous track record in sports development.
