Local cricket enthusiasts will be able to book their spot for the Guyana leg of the 2018 edition of the Hero Caribbean Premier League (CPL), as tickets go on sale from today. 
Ticket sales for the first three Guyana Amazon Warriors home games of the Hero CPL will commence today, Thursday, July 19 at the CPL Guyana Office located at 238 Camp and Quamina Streets, Georgetown. The CPL office will be opened from 08:00h (8am) for ticket sales and will remain opened until 17:00h (5pm) on weekdays. On Saturdays, patrons can uplift their tickets between the hours of 09:00h (9am) and 13:00h (1pm).
It is no secret that the “Biggest Party in Sport” will attract a large crowd and as such, cricket fans are being urged to purchase their tickets as early as possible in order to avoid the last-minute rush as the time winds down to match days. Tickets for the 2018 Hero CPL cost:
RED AND GREEN STANDS – G$5000
ORANGE STAND – G$3000
GRASS MOUND – G$2500
The first three home matches are scheduled to be played at the Providence Stadium as follows:
Thursday, August 9 – Guyana Amazon Warriors v St Kitts Patriots at 18:00h (6:00pm)
Saturday, August 11 – Guyana Amazon Warriors v St Lucia Stars at 16:00h (4:00pm)
Sunday, August 12 – Guyana Amazon Warriors v Barbados Tridents at 18:00h (6:00pm)
Patrons are also advised that tickets for the other games on September 8 and 9 and the playoff matches are not yet available and those ticket sales will be announced in due time.
