Doris, would have represented Guyana at the 2016 RIO Olympics where he finished seventh in the finals while Johnson’s selection would come of the heels of a superb season with the bat, where he was the top run-scorer in the Regional four-day tournament, leading the Jaguars to a second successive title.
Thompson who also represented Guyana in RIO managed to set her records at Allian Pompey Invitational held at the National Track and Field Facility, Leonora; neither Doris nor Thompson were present to collect their awards due their overseas commitments.
