Noel was charged with failing to carry a front identification mark, failing to carry a rear identification mark, and failing to produce a driver’s licence.
The charges were read to the defendant by Magistrate Tamica Clarke, who initially pleaded not guilty, but after evidence was provided by the police, Noel was found guilty on all counts.
