ENet secures exclusive rights to broadcast FIFA World Cup 2026 in Guyana

ENet has secured the exclusive broadcast rights for the FIFA World Cup 2026, giving customers across Guyana access to every match of football’s premier global tournament.
The telecommunications provider announced that all 104 matches of the expanded tournament will be available live through the ENet TV mobile app and across its television platforms, including wireless, satellite and fibre services. The arrangement will allow customers to follow the competition from home or while on the move.
The FIFA World Cup 2026, which will be jointly hosted by Canada, Mexico and the United States, is set to be the largest edition in the tournament’s history. The competition will feature 48 teams, 104 matches and 1248 players, representing a significant expansion from previous editions and bringing more nations into the global showpiece.
Among the players expected to feature are some of the sport’s biggest names, including Lionel Messi, Cristiano Ronaldo and Guillermo Ochoa, adding further excitement ahead of the month-long event.
The tournament is scheduled to run from June 11 to July 19, 2026, culminating with the FIFA World Cup final. ENet customers will have exclusive access to the full slate of matches throughout the competition.
ENet also noted that bars, hotels and restaurants subscribed to its services will be able to broadcast the matches, creating opportunities for fans to gather and experience the tournament together.
The company said the acquisition of the exclusive broadcast rights reinforces its commitment to delivering premium entertainment, connectivity and digital services to customers throughout Guyana.
