Ramrattan

The court heard that the two men are known to each other since Rasheed rents one of the accused’s properties. On the day in question, the prosecutor said that the virtual complainant came home and began using a series of expletives toward his landlord. He then picked up a brick and rushed toward his landlord who pushed the gate, causing him to fall onto the brick. As a result, Rasheed lost two of his teeth. When he got up, a fight ensued between him and Ramrattan. The injured man filed a report and following investigations, Ramrattan was arrested and prosecuted. (G1)
