Fuel trucks burst into flames at Parika Koker

Two fuel tankers have been transformed into fireballs, this morning when they burst into flames in the vicinity of the Parika Koker, East Bank Essequibo (EBE).

Firefighters are currently on the scene battling the flames.

Details surrounding the incident are currently sketchy but the Guyana Times understands that the trucks are owned by a businessman from Tuschen.

One of the drivers received burns about his body and is currently at the Leonora Cottage Hospital where he is receiving treatment.
