The Georgetown Cricket Association (GCA) through their various sponsors, will continue their first and second division competitions, this weekend with matches set for venues across the city.
In the G.I.S.E/Star Party Rental/Trophy Stall two-day 1st division tournament which bowls off today, will see; Everest Cricket Club looking to arrest the Police officers team at the Everest Ground on Camp Road from 9:30hrs.
Everest CC will also begin their battle with Diplomats at the Gandhi Youth Organisation (GYO) Ground today from 10:30hrs in the Noble House Seafoods 2nd division two-day competition.
Meanwhile, the first match in the recently launched New Building Society 40-overs tourney will get underway from 10:30hrs today as well when the Georgetown Cricket Club (GCC) square off with GNIC at the legendary Bourda Cricket Ground while Malteenoes will be at home to GYO and Transport will tackle Ace Warriors at the Demerara Cricket Club (DCC) ground, Queenstown.
On Sunday, DCC will host Third Class from 10:30h.
