Hard Rock Café open for business as usual, not closing down – management

The management of Hard Rock Café Guyana said that the business entity is open for business and will not be closed.
This statement was made hours after the Café was forcibly evicted from the MovieTowne Mall patio.

About 16:00h on Wednesday the management of MovieTowne Mall moved to evict the popular Café from its patio over “unpaid rent”.
According to a release, this move was made despite an agreement with the owners of Hard Rock Café to allow them to use the area rent-free.
However, in a later press release, the management of the Café said that this would not cause the entity to close down, adding that it is open for business as usual.
