Household Plus, Regent Household Electronics team up for Golf tourney today

Related businessmen Nasser Hamid and Shaheed Hamid have once again extended their courtesy to the Lusignan Golf Club (LGC) with golf being played at the course for a second consecutive weekend following a prolonged absence due to rain and an impassable road

leading to the country’s premier 18-hole venue.
Managers Nasser Hamid and Shaheed Hamid of Household Plus and Regent Household Electronics respectively expressed their appreciation in jointly sponsoring today’s tournament for the second time and look forward to the usual exciting competitive play the golfers bring. The open tournament tees-off at 13:00h.
With the motto ‘Providing Goods and Services Beyond,’ Nasser Hamid of Household Plus would be delighted to see golfers provide scores beyond their normal and so set good standards for future tournaments.
Meanwhile, Shaheed Hamid is looking forward to a high quality of play and novel performances.
President of the LGC Oncar Ramroop expressed his sincere appreciation for the Businessmen’s ready involvement in supporting the Golf Club by means of sponsoring the tournament, and assures the businessmen that their contribution would go a far way in enhancing the sport in Guyana.
The prizes that are up for grabs are first to fourth, best net, nearest to the pin, and best gross, meanwhile the LGC Executive is considering other enhancements to the prizes.
Last weekend it was Fizal Hanif, Imran Khan, Carlos Abrams and Patanjalee ‘Pur’ Persaud, in that order who dominated the proceedings at the Massy United Insurance Golf Tournament. Now the big question is, who will walk away with the top accolades this weekend?
