Jam Zone Summer Break 2019

set for August 16-18

The 19th edition of Hits and Jams’ Jamzone Summer Break is set for August 16 to 18, 2019. After the successful hosting of Guyana Carnival in May, the entertainment group is moving full steam ahead in making preparation for Jamzone which is promised to be off the hook with a whole lot of excitement.
On Friday, August 16, the stage is set for Soca Night Water Colours Beach J’ouvert billed for the Kitty Seawalls behind the St. Stanislaus Ground. The evet will feature reigning Soca Monarch, Brandon Harding along with Jumo Primo, Mandela and Christo. But the real fun and excitement will be the paint, water and powder fete.
The Boom deejays will make sure the atmosphere is set for an evening to remember. After a wet start, the action continues of Saturday, August 17 at the National Park with the Dancehall Night Concert featuring Jamaican artiste, “Popcaan” who is known to Guyanese for his energetic performance. He will be accompanied by “Gage” and “Munga”.
Jamzone Summer Break 2019 will culminate with the “Wash Down” slated for Hits and Jams Water World, Providence, East Bank Demerara on August 18. There will be lots of games for the entire family. Adding to the excitement, there will be the drawing for a brand-new car which one lucky person can win.
This can only be done by participating in the three-in-one-promotion. Persons must purchase a three-in-one Jamzone season pass for $6,000 which guarantees you all access. With this purchase of this ticket, patrons will be given a coupon to fill out and enter in the draw to win the car.
