Jasmine Abrams sets new national record in women’s 100m

Guyana’s very own Jasmine Abrams rewrote the record books, setting a new national record in the women’s 100 metres in the Trinidad and Tobago National Championships. Abrams stopped the clock at 11.07 seconds to finish second at the Haseley Crawford Stadium.
Abrams erased Brenessa Thompson’s time of 11.14 seconds which was set at Leonora during the 2018 AP Invitational. (See more details in tomorrow’s publication)
