JetBlue joins Guyanese market with direct flights to New York

JetBlue today announced that it will begin servicing the Guyanese market with direct flights from the Cheddi Jagan International Airport (CJIA) to the John F. Kennedy International Airport (JFK) in New York.

The first flight is expected to take off on April 02, 2020.

Guyana becomes the fourth country in South America JetBlue serves and grows the airline’s presence in Latin America and Caribbean where it is a leading carrier serving nearly 40 destinations. The new nonstop flight between New York City and Georgetown will be made possible by the A321neo’s extended range and fuel efficiency.
JetBlue’s A321neo will fly daily.
