John pedals to Universal Auto title

Team Coco’s Jamal John peddled his way to the finish line in emphatic style to win Saturday’s 35-lap Universal Auto and General Supplies’ race.
The in-form cyclist opened the season with a time of 1:15:12 under pretty murky conditions at the National Park.

Coco’s other star rider, Hamzah Eastman took the final podium spot while Alonzo Ambrose landed fourth. Andrew Hicks (winner of three sprint prizes) and Raymond ‘Steely’ Newton completed the top six positions.
David Hicks (BMX Boys and Girls 12-14 years), Jaheim Henry (BMX 9-12 and 12-14) Gerard Barrington (BMX Boys 6-9 years), Ajay Gopilall (Juveniles), Leer Nunes (Veteran U-50 years) and Ian Jackson (Veteran O-50 years); were among the other notable winners.
