Archers from the Golden Archery League (GAL) have delivered an impressive performance in the latest Caribbean Development Archery League (CDAL) online competition, securing the top positions on the official ranking leaderboard released on May 29, 2026.
The CDAL is an online developmental competition that allows archers from across the Caribbean to compete from their home countries. Participants shoot their scores at approved local venues, after which the results are submitted to their national federations and forwarded to regional organisers for official ranking.
According to the latest leaderboard, Golden Archery League archers dominated the competition. Joy Ann Klass secured the number one position with a score of 330 points at metres. Sharing the same score were Ashriel Archer and Shiva Tilaram, who claimed second and third place respectively in a highly-competitive field.
Ezekiel Hernandez finished fourth with 312 points, while Carlissa Collins followed closely in fifth place with 311 points. Kenisha Alleyne placed sixth with 296 points.
Competing at the longer 50-metre distance, Jeremiah Keziah Archer scored 252 points to take seventh place overall, while Nathan Fredericks placed eighth with 180 points.
League officials emphasised that the current rankings represent only part of the competition, as Golden Archery League members still have one remaining scoring session to complete before final standings are confirmed. The additional round provides archers with an opportunity to improve their scores and potentially move higher in the rankings.
