LGC to host inaugural ISS Golf Tournament on Saturday

Golf action will be featured on Saturday at the Lusignan Golf Club (LGC) when Integrated Security Services Inc (ISS), one of Guyana’s largest security firms, hosts its highly anticipated inaugural Golf Tournament, which tees off at 12:30 hrs.
In discussion with LGC President Aleem Hussain, the ISS management noted that the precision required in the game of golf may be compared and likened to the precision required in the high level of security and other services that ISS provides, wherein no margin for error is contemplated.
ISS plans to use the LGC and golf to help in team-building activities for its staff.
The ISS is located at Lot 21 Peter Rose St, Queenstown, Georgetown. It provides to hundreds of businesses, homes and individuals a complete list of security services, including baton and armed security officers; CCTV monitoring and response; alarm monitoring and response; protection of cash in transit; Executive protection; 24-hour mobile patrol; maritime, aviation and cyber security; and domestic investigations.
Management of this large security service has indicated that the company has, for a long time, had high interest in golf since being introduced to the LGC by top Fashion Designer Sonia Noel.
For more information on the services offered by this dynamic security company, interested individuals can contact the ISS on 223-4033 or 223-4039, or via web page www.issgy.com.
In other news, the lit driving range being developed by LGC partner MACORP is expected to be soon completed, and will help to raise the standard of Guyana’s golf, as it would then be open to golfers and learners for practice.
Meanwhile, Saturday’s tournament is open to all golfers in Guyana, and members of the public are invited to be spectators and at the same time enjoy the ambience of the LGC Course.
