Twenty-year-old Matthew Jules of Lot 283 One Mile, Wismar, Linden, was on Friday remanded to prison by Magistrate Wanda Fortune after he was arraigned for the armed robbery committed on a car wash attendant.

Jules appeared at the Linden Magistrate’s Court and was not required to plead to the offence of robbery under arms committed on Alicia Allen, at Stone Wall Wash Bay at Prosville, Wismar, Linden, on Saturday, August 22.
During the ordeal, Allen was robbed of a cell phone and cash which amounted to $275,000.
Meanwhile, Jules was remanded to prison until September 21, 2020.
