Linden Town Council gets 2 more compactor trucks

The Mayor and Town Council of Linden (LM&TC) has secured two additional compactor trucks, which are expected to boost and strengthen its waste management capacity.

According to the LMTC, the purchase of the additional compactor trucks would be of great benefit in servicing Linden’s eight constituencies on a regular basis.
The process of procuring and facilitating the trucks had been executed under former Mayor, Carwyn Holland.
The LM&TC has struggled in the past with the issue of garbage collection and disposal, due to the lack of necessary equipment, funding, and a steadily malfunctioning compactor truck. The additional trucks are expected to greatly assist in this regard.
The LMTC had placed the trucks on display at the opening of the Linden Town Week event on Sunday.
