Lindener John Joseph has been fined $45,000 by Linden Magistrate Wanda Fortune, before whom he appeared on Wednesday charged with several traffic violations.
Joseph was fined $25,000 for being an unlicensed driver, and $20,000 for driving an uninsured motor vehicle. These charges were in addition to several others which were dropped by the magistrate.
Both fines carry default sentences of one month’s imprisonment.
