A 57-year-old man was on Wednesday released on $200,000 bail after he was charged with exposing his genitals in public.
Charged is Clyve Lewis. He was charged contrary to Section 28 (2) (b) of the Sexual Offences Act, Chapter 08:03.
Lewis appeared virtually before Magistrate Wanda Fortune at the Linden Magistrate’s Court.
He was not required to plead to the indictable charge. The case was adjourned to August 18. (G1)
