The trial of Les Charles Critchlow, who is accused of the May 12, 2016 murder of his brother-in-law Terrence Adams, is continuing before Justice Navindra Singh at the High Court in Demerara. He has pleaded not guilty to the charge.
It was reported that Adams, called “Sleepy” and “Uncle Terry”, 56, of North Haslington, East Coast Demerara (ECD), was stabbed during an argument. He was rushed to the Georgetown Public Hospital, where he was pronounced dead on arrival.
At the time of his demise, Adams operated a small rum shop at his residence.
