Deputy Chief Election Officer (DCEO) of the Guyana Elections Commission (GECOM), Roxanne Meyers is currently at the Criminal Investigation Department (CID) Headquarters at Eve Leary speaking with investigators.
Meyers, moments ago, showed up at the CID Headquarters in the company of her attorneys Nigel Hughes and Ronald Daniels after reports surfaced that she is wanted by the Police as the probe into the conduct of the March 02, 2020, General and Regional Elections.
Thus far, several GECOM officials have been placed before the court on charges relating to electoral fraud.
