The Ministry of Education has announced that there would be no sitting of the National Grades Two, Four and Nine Assessments for the academic year 2019-2020 in light of the ongoing coronavirus pandemic.
The Ministry made the announcement in a notice issued to parents, students, teachers, administrators and the general public. It added that the assessments would not be administered at all to the students who were eligible.
According to the Ministry of Education in a brief statement, the absence of these assessments will have no impact on the learners’ records.
