Pegasus Suites joins Hyatt, to become Hyatt Regency in 2028

Pegasus Hotel on Thursday announced that its new Pegasus Suites tower has joined the Hyatt hotel network as an affiliated property under the name Atlantic Suites Hotel.
The 80-suite hotel, located at the Pegasus Corporate Centre in Georgetown, will now be marketed as an independent hotel within Hyatt’s global network.
According to the announcement, the property is expected to transition to the Hyatt Regency brand in 2028, when a new adjoining tower featuring 170 rooms is completed and becomes operational. At that time, the hotel will also become part of the World of Hyatt loyalty programme.
Chief Executive Officer of Pegasus Hotel, Robert Badal, said the affiliation marks an important step for the property.
“We are excited at this transition to the Hyatt family and the opportunity it presents in serving business and leisure travellers with trusted hospitality of the highest level,” Badal said.
The affiliation is expected to increase the hotel’s international visibility through Hyatt’s global reservation and marketing platforms, while positioning the property for its planned expansion over the next two years.
