A 65-year-old man who allegedly shared nude photos of his ex-lover was on Monday hauled before the Chief Magistrate at the Georgetown Magistrates’ Courts.
Godfrey Taylor denied the charge which was read to him by Chief Magistrate Ann McLennan which stated that on December 15, 2018, while at the Georgetown Public Hospital Corporation, knowingly and without lawful excuse, he exposed nude photographs of Chendra Sewnarine.
While the prosecutor did not object to bail, it was recommended that a probation report into the matter be submitted.
The martial arts trainer of Sandy Babb Street, Kitty, Georgetown, was released on $10,000 bail. The case will continue on March 20, 2019.
