Porter dies after canter crashes into bridge

A porter reportedly lost his life on Thursday evening after the motor canter he was driving crashed into a bridge along the Long Creek Public Road, Linden/Soesdyke Highway. Dead is Isaiah Malachi Williams, attached to the G Mining Company.
Based on reports received, the young man was on his way home when the canter in which he was travelling crashed into the concrete bridge. As a result of the collision, both he and the driver sustained injuries.

They were pulled from the wreckage and taken to the Linden Hospital Complex, where Williams was pronounced dead. The driver was admitted in critical condition. An investigation is underway. Back in March, 31-year-old Keiran Warner of Central Amelia’s Ward, Linden, was killed in a head-on collision along the Loo Creek Public Road, Linden/Soesdyke Highway.

It was reported that Warner, who was heading to Linden at a fast rate, reportedly swerved into the path of the truck, which was travelling in the opposite direction, resulting in a head-on collision.
Due to the impact, Warner was reportedly pinned in the motor car, which ended up under the lorry. He was pulled from the wreckage in an unconscious state and was pronounced dead at the scene by emergency medical technicians (EMTs).
