Premier Insurance supports flood-affected persons

Almost 100 households received food hampers, which were donated by Premier Insurance.
In committing to provide flood relief to support the country, Premier General Manager Anil Singh said that the entity, assisted by Region Five (Mahaica-Berbice) Chairman Vickchand Ramphal, went to the Mahaica River Area, where they conducted their outreach programme.
This initiative forms part of Premier’s Corporate Social Responsibility, which entails bringing relief to communities negatively affected by the recent heavy rainfall. Premier, Singh said, will continue its effort to lend support to other areas that are seriously affected and is proud to be a part of a broader group of businesses that have come forward to assist.
