Home Sports Prime Minister’s T20 Softball Cup set for action
With the success the Prime Minister’s T20 Softball Cup reaped last year, the tournament is prepared this year to reap even more as it gets underway today at various grounds across Georgetown.
After the teams were drawn they were placed into several groups where they will have to battle it out over the weekend. The top four teams with the highest points will qualify for the semi-finals; the top two teams remaining will then qualify for the final, which will be held on Sunday, October 21, 2018 at Everest Cricket Ground. Fans will have the opportunity to witness some of the most modern equipment and forms of entertainment being brought to the game, including lighted bails and cheerleaders.
