Several Linden roads earmarked for rehabilitation

The Region 10 (Upper Demerara-Berbice) Regional Democratic Council (RDC) has earmarked several roads in the Linden community for rehabilitation, as well as drainage and irrigation works this year. Additionally, the Council has planned to construct a bridge across the Kara Kara creek to link the Speightland community. Regional Chairman Renis Morian during a recent statutory meeting of the Council said the bridge was requested by residents of the Speightland community and is expected to be built in such a way that it will accommodate vehicular traffic.
