A galaxy of stars that have been shining on the softball cricket circuit will take to the field at the Banks DIH Ground at Thirst Park tonight for a feature clash of West versus East.
The game is organised as a welcome home for the former Organising Secretary of the Softball and Windball Cricket Association, Royston Ramsarran.
When the action begins at 19:00h, it will be highly competitive and exciting as both

sides boast quality players.
In the East-side Legends lineup are some veterans of the game who are looking to teach the young west-side players a lesson.
Before the start of the game, there will be a moment of silence in memory of former legendary softball cricketer Amreith “Rocky” Rai, who died in 2017.
The Legends comprise: Mohendra Arjune, Mahendra Hardyall, Richard Persaud, Parsram Persaud, Lakeram “Mike” Singh, Wayne Jones, Bilal Haslim, Raymond Harper, Hanoman Singh, Mohamed Rafeek, Harry Seepersaud, Robin Bharat, Vivikanand Ramsaywack, Rahaman Khan and Samuel Kingston.
West Side All-Stars include Ryan Boodhoo, Moahmed Ayume, Azad Azeez, Greg

Singh, Safraz Esau and Omesh Narine.
Up for grabs are trophies for the Man of the Match, best batsman, best bowler, best fielder, runner-up team and the winning team. All trophies are donated by Ramesh Sunich of the Trophy Stall in Bourda Market.
