A total of 11 persons will be contesting in one team with each side bowling 10 overs to decide the winner.
The entrance fee per team is set at $10,000 while the winning team will be receiving $300,000, inclusive of a trophy and medals. The runner-up team will receive $100,000 and a trophy.
Additionally, individual trophies will be given to the Best Batsman and Best Bowler of the tournament.
Organiser Devon Paul stated, “It’s the second time I’m keeping this tournament and it’s in the aim to bring awareness to the tapeball game, ‘cause a lot of teams be coming out every Sunday to play the sport: the love so bad and it’s just fair that once in a while they can get something bad for all the time and efforts they put into their game, so I will continue to keep these small tournaments until we get to where we want to be at.”
The league is sponsored by I&S Trading Imports, C&L Construction, and RIM Construction. For more information on the event, persons can contact the organiser on +592-650-1689.
