Taxi driver charged for sexually assaulting 11-year-old

A Station Street, Kitty, Georgetown resident was on Tuesday granted bail by Magistrate Sherdel Isaacs-Marcus on a sexual assault charge when he appeared at the Georgetown Magistrates’ Courts.
Forty-year-old Rishi Seepersaud, a taxi driver, denied the charge which stated that on September 8, 2018, at McDoom, Greater Georgetown, he sexually assaulted a child under the age of 16. The Police report stated that the child was 11 years old at the time.
