Allow me express my serious concern. A few years ago, there was a rule that trucks could not be on the road during between 07:00 to 09:00 hrs. What has happened to that rule now? It is terribly wrong for trucks to be rushing during that hour of the day while school children and people rushing to work. Number of times, I have observed unruly truck taking up whole road or speeding on the road. It seems like they are in more hurry than everyone else. It is a nightmare to watch children waiting to cross the road and a monster truck speeds. Could the minister in charge take immediate action and stop the trucks within the wee hours. This is my humble plead to ministers and police department.
