Turbo Energy powering Team MMR

GT Motorsport Endurance…

In a timely gesture ahead Wednesday’s GT Motorsport Endurance meet at Albert street and Thomas Lands, Turbo Energy and Team MMR have joined forces to have to have the team powering at full throttle.
Team member WR Reaz in speaking to this publication, expressed great appreciation for the company in coming to his team’s aid and disclosed that the support will allow the three-man unit to have more fruitful practice time.
The Turbo Energy drink brand adds to the GuyTrack and Elegance Jellwery as other sponsors for the team.

In addition, the circuit racer was quizzed on his view of the impact new feature in motor racing may have in Guyana. In response, he expressed great optimism since its finding new talents in Guyana and raising the level of interest in the sport locally.
One in such is team member Louis Kumar, who prior to the first event last month had no professional race experience. Kumar was hyped about the event as it allowed him to race against those who would participate at South Dakota.
Meanwhile, today will be the launching of what is the most anticipated showdown for Teams and Individuals in the Georgetown Gran Prix on Friday, at the same venue.
Among the teams that have already confirmed participation are Team Gizmos & Gadgets, Team Heineken, Top Power, Team E-Racing, Team Nexus and Team Adrenaline Junkies.
In the inaugural event which was held last month a mammoth crowd turned up at the facility to witness some exciting races with Team Gizmos & Gadgets/Guinness and Team Heineken dominating the 500 and 600 lbs classes respectively.
Drivers such as Matthew Phang and Brian Ten Pow, who recorded the fastest lap times in the previous event will once again be aiming to go even faster this time, but the opposition has vowed to take them on with full power.
Kevin and Kristian Jeffrey, Elliott Vieira, Matthew Vieira, Emma Vieira (the lone female so far), Kamal Seebarran and Steven Jeffrey are among those who will be hunting them down.
This segment of racing is an exciting one and the organisers are pulling out all the stops to make it an unforgettable one for fans and families.
The launch is set for 16:00h today.
