Reports are the discovery was made after the daughter-in-law returned home. It is believed that after the argument, the daughter-in-law left the house to “cool her mind” and the elderly woman was left at home alone.
It was during this time she reportedly doused her body with kerosene and set herself on fire. A bottle suspected to have contained the flammable substance was in close proximity to the charred remains. The daughter-in-law told Police that based on the instruction in the note left behind, she was able to find her mother-in-law’s charred body. The Police have launched an investigation into the matter.
