6 teams battle for NY warm-up Cup

Six teams are expected do battle in the New York Cup Warm Up which commences on June 18 at the Carifesta Sports Club ground in Georgetown.
The competition is in preparation of the much anticipated Independence Cup which is slated for July 1-3 New York City, USA.
The softball competition is for Males over 40 years old will be played over three days on June 18, 25 and 26.
The winning team will walk away with 0,000 cash and a trophy while the losing finalist will pocket ,000. The tournament is sponsored by Trophy Stall of Bourda Market and Dave’s Groceries and Variety.
Double winner of the Guyana Softball Cup, Regal Masters and Berbice powerhouse Albion Masters have already registered.
