– Pride, Red Force also complete big wins
The Guyana Jaguars took 35 overs on the final day to complete an emphatic seven-wicket victory over the Jamaica Scorpions at the Sabina Park on Monday. Resuming on 79/2 still 103 runs away from victory, the Jaguars lost their most dependable and productive batsman Shivnarine Chanderpaul early for five but Man of the Match Raymon Reifer played a well calculated innings alongside vice-captain Vishaul Singh to see the Jaguars home.
The left handed pair featured in an unbroken 78 run match winning partnership after Shiv was sent back at 106/3. Singh scored his second half century of the season to follow up 71 that was made against the Scorpions at Providence last November. He finished on 63 not out while Reifer hit three fours and a six from 63 balls in 37.
