Caribbean Airlines has introduced a new Digital Gift Card programme, offering customers an additional payment and gifting option for travel across its network.
According to a statement from the airline, the digital gift cards became available on June 24, 2026, and can be purchased through the airline’s dedicated gift card platform. The cards may be redeemed toward the purchase of eligible Caribbean Airlines tickets as well as other services, including extra baggage, pre-order meals and preferred seating.
The airline said the initiative forms part of its efforts to enhance customer convenience and provide greater flexibility in how passengers plan, manage and pay for travel.
Caribbean Airlines Chief Executive Officer (Ag.), Varma Khillawan, said the company continues to explore ways to improve the customer experience.
“We are continuously looking for ways to enhance customer experience and make travel more convenient. The introduction of digital gift cards provides customers with a practical and flexible way to support travel for themselves or others, whether for special occasions, family visits, business travel or future travel planning,” Khillawan stated.
The digital gift cards are delivered electronically via email and can be redeemed online, through the airline’s Reservations Call Centre and at Airport and City Ticket Offices.
Customers will also have access to a digital wallet feature that allows them to store and manage multiple gift cards and travel vouchers.
Caribbean Airlines said the gift cards will be available throughout the year and can be used for a variety of purposes, including personal gifts, corporate incentives and special occasions.
The airline noted that additional information, including terms and conditions, card denominations and redemption details, is available through its gift card platform.
