Dear Editor,
Perhaps the Minister of Public Health can take a break from her busy extra curricula activities and update the nation on what measures are being put in place to deal with the Coronavirus should it hit this part of the globe?
What measures are being put in place at our ports of entry and borders and are our health workers equipped and knowledgeable to deal with this deadly disease?
From research, it seems the disease is highly contagious especially human-to-human.
The virus has hit outside of China, where it originated and is spreading rapidly.
This could have strands of resemblance to that other epidemic – Ebola – which struck just a few short years ago.
