Former national cricketer and prominent businessman Lennox Cush is the latest sponsor to come on board at the Berbice Cricket Board (BCB).
According to the BCB, Cush has agreed to sponsor a special cricket tournament for members of the four sub- zones of the BCB Cricket Academy.
The Board noted that the tournament would be launched soon and would showcase the best cricketing talents of the county.
To be eligible to play, cricketers must have a perfect attendance rate and display a positive attitude.
The BCB expressed gratitude to Cush for his support. He is currently the owner/Chief Executive Officer of Star Party Rental.
The BCB will also be hosting a life development seminar on Saturday, June 27.
Eighty young players would be invited to attend.
