
A 29-year-old barber from Sea Dam, Crabwood Creek, was arrested following the discovery of a .22-calibre rifle during an operation on Friday by the Customs Anti-Narcotics Unit (CANU). According to reports, ranks attached to CANU went to the residence of the suspect, where a search was conducted on the property.
However, during the search, a salt bag was found under the counter of a barbershop, containing a .22 calibre rifle.
The barber was arrested and escorted to the Springlands Police Station, where he remains in custody pending investigations and charges.
